How a School or Team Fundraiser Store Works with Swan Valley Design Company
Every school and team needs to raise money. Most fundraisers still mean paper order forms, cash envelopes, and a weekend sorting boxes in the gym. We built Swan Valley Design Company's fundraiser stores to take that work off your volunteers.
What a fundraiser store is
It's an online shop with your school or team logo on products people actually use: laser-engraved tumblers and water bottles, hoodies, polos, ornaments, blankets and more. Families and fans order online and pay at checkout. A share of every sale goes back to your organization.
For example, the Holy Rosary Catholic School spirit shop offers crest drinkware, apparel and gifts, and part of each sale supports the school.
How it works
- Send us your logo. We prepare it for laser engraving and printing.
- Pick your products. We suggest a starter set, such as drinkware, apparel and one or two gift items, and you approve it.
- We build your store. Your group gets its own collection page on swanvalleydesign.com to share by email, newsletter and social media.
- Families order online. Products are made to order, so there is no inventory to buy and nothing left over.
- Your group gets its share. We total sales for your organization every quarter.
Why laser engraving
A laser-engraved logo is cut into the coating of the tumbler or bottle. It won't peel, crack or fade in the dishwasher the way a sticker or print can. We also offer personalization, so a student's name and one line of text can be added to drinkware for a small fee.
Good fits
- School spirit shops and PTO fundraisers
- Booster clubs and sports teams
- Church, nonprofit and charity drives
- Teacher, coach and volunteer gifts
