How ordering works

  2. Swan Valley Design reviews your file and emails a digital proof. Nothing prints until you approve it.
  3. Your job is produced on commercial large-format equipment through our trade production network and shipped to you or your event. Turnaround is confirmed with your proof.

Artwork requirements

  • Send a print-ready PDF or high-res JPG at the exact finished size (or exact proportion), CMYK color.
  • Resolution: 100–150 dpi at full size for large format; 300 dpi for small signs and decals.
  • Convert fonts to outlines; embed all images. Vector logos (PDF, AI, EPS, SVG) print sharpest.
  • Keep text and logos at least 1.5″ from the edge (hems, grommets and pole pockets sit there).
